About the Team

Holly Turner 

Holly Turner (she/her) is a Ph.D. candidate studying Clinical Psychology at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. For this project, Holly is involved in study design, survey construction, and data analysis. Her research interests include the effects of adverse childhood experiences, particularly in regard to the refinement of measurement of exposure to such experiences. Her dissertation aims to identify common patterns of childhood adversity in Hawai'i based on the frequency of exposure to adverse childhood experiences; additionally, she hopes to assess how these patterns may interact with community-level factors to affect psychosocial outcomes in adulthood.
